Description

The aim of this module is to provide the learner with a thorough understanding of workplace bribery and enable them to safeguard both themselves and their organisation through the implementation of effective anti-bribery policies and procedures. 

This module will cover:
  • Understanding of bribery and the necessity of safeguarding against it.
  • Identifying instances where bribery constitutes a crime and understanding the potential consequences of accepting bribes.
  • Exploring regulations and policies for monitoring and declaring legitimate offers of gifts and hospitality.
On completion of this module, learners will be able to:
  • Understand the meaning of bribery and its various forms.
  • Identify proactive measures to minimise the risks associated with bribery and corruption.
  • Explain the process for disclosure when receiving gifts and hospitality.
