OBJECTIVES

FIT has traditionally delivered their service with both a consultancy and face to face training approach, but in order to scale delivery across large organisations, FIT wanted to introduce blended learning delivery that incorporates online digital modules.

APPROACH

After exploring various options for blended delivery, eLearning Plus+ developed two key learning pieces to run alongside coaching and facilitated delivery. The first was a comprehensive 12 module eLearning course that incorporates interactive elements, video, audio, reflective exercises and practice scenarios that together delivered a comprehensive programme of learning. Alongside the course, eLearning Plus+ created both a digital and print ready workbook that enables learners to log their thoughts and build their own focused learning journal. On completion of the course, each learner receives a certificate, earning 80 CPD points!

  • Large scale roll out now possible across organisations with large numbers of employees
